So far we have kept up to date with the production schedule that we created and we have filmed two interviews for our documentary, we have also recorded the introduction to our documentary and the outro of it, we have also edited in some pictures with a voiceover from both of the presenters in the documentary, this posed us with some problems considering timing and getting the voiceover to fit perfectly with the background music and the pictures that were relevant to the subject the presenters were talking about.
We are currently having some problems with one of our interviewees as he is a teacher and he has barely any time to for our interview, this interviewee is Mr Jones and we are currently also trying to arrange a time and place were he will be free for an interview. This interview will not cause much disruption to our production schedule as it will easily be edited in to the documentary and it will only make up a small fraction of the documentary as a whole.
Today due to travel issues we changed our filming destination in the public from Enfield town to Waltham cross,we went to Waltham cross to ask various members of the public and some shop keepers their opinions on homosexuality and how it is perceived in society. The result of our venture was not as expected as there where no willing participants whom wanted to express their opinions on the subject and most of them said that the subject of homosexuality was "too sensitive" or they were too shy about being filmed. Due to this negative result we have decided to change the plan and remove this part of our documentary and we have decided as a group that we will get a group of people to have a discussion on the subject as this will be equally entertaining as the interview in the public would have been and this interview will be easy to set up plus it will not cause any disruption to the rest of the project and it will not create any major disruption with the dates on our production schedule.
