Programme 1- Fagbug
While researching different products we found a documentary called FagBug it is about a homosexual female being discriminated against by someone writing on her car window 'Fag' and, she also had a rainbow sticker on the back of her car which symbolised homosexuality. In this documentary it shows people who are not homosexual supporting people who are by also putting stickers on the back of their cars and they also done a march around herschool campus with homosexualand non-homosexual people showing their support towards this campaign. she decided to keep the writing and the sticker on her car to show everyone and make everyone aware of what people would do to put their feelings across about homosexuality. This programme helped us grasp the concept of different peoples feelings towards homosexuality and also gave us different ideas that we could include in our documentary.
Programme 2- Bi The Way

We also researched a documentary called 'Bi The Way' but we was only able to find the trailer for it we were unable to access the full version of the documentary. This documentary tells us about homosexuals that like both female and male. It gave us an insight into how the society is more aware of bi-sexuals. It also made us aware of how people may react to homosexual people andhow it may effect their lives and the way they live.
Programme 3-Jamey Rodemeyer
From our questionnaire feedback we was advised to contact the LGBT and we found different stories that influenced ourfinal decisions as well. We found a write up about a boy called Jamey Rodemeyer who committed suicide because he was being bullied about his sexuality, this intrigued us to learn more about this certain subject so we found a news report on abc news/health which gave us more information on where to find other peoples views and their blogs about being homosexual, one of the websites that we visited was an organisation called ‘it gets better project’ this allows all ages to post their own blogs for other people to look at about their problems and to reassure people who are having problems. We also gained information about different songs that could represent homosexuals such as; Lady Gaga-Born this way. This was also mentioned in the abc news/health about Jamey Rodemeyer. This song sends out the message to homosexuals that you can't help the way you are, you as born this way. http://www.itgetsbetter.org/ this is the website that we research to find the story about Jamey Rodmeyer.
Programme 4- Glees star Chris Colfer
Another programme that we researched was Glee, we researched into this because there is traces of homosexuality which shows us how TV shows stereotype homosexuals for example; they had Chris Colfers (Kurt Hummel) best friends to be girls which made him look more feminine to the audience. And this also shows us how revealing your sexuality may effect your social life for example; Chris Colfer who acts as Kurt Hummel in the TV programme was bullied for being a homosexual
